United Power manufactures complete trailer mounted packages based upon the GE (LM1500, LM2500 / TM2500, LM2500 Plus, and LM6000), Rolls-Royce RB211, Allison 501, and Pratt & Whitney (FT8, GG4, and ST6) turbine platforms. Our proprietary designs are compact and ancillary systems are openly accessible for ease of maintenance with minimal down time.

United Power Trailer Mounted packages can be manufactured using zero time overhauled or new turbines – all ancillary equipment, including the generator, is brand new. United Power packages are warranted the same as brand new with a comprehensive one year or 8,000 fired hours warranty. Additional warranty or LTSA can be purchased as an option. United Power has the capability to manufacture four units at once with deliveries as short as four to six months for our Trailer Mounted LM2500 package.

Each UPG mobile power solution consists of a standard, easily deployable equipment package. The power trailer components are installed at the assembly facility and include:

Main trailer: 60,000 lb lighter than competitive models and easier transport to remote areas
Generator: Based on a reliable, proven Parsons Peebles design for the FT8 and GG4 models
Turbine: Customization options includes choice of engines (LM2500PC, LM2500PE, LM2500PK, LM6000PA, LM6000PC, and many others)
Sub-systems: Lube oil systems are easily accessible and easier to maintain than comparable OEM designs. Additional options include fuel, fire and hydraulic start.

Beyond the power trailer, the United Power mobile solutions is supported by an auxiliary trailer, which includes:

Control system: Highly compatible with OEM systems, built to custom requirements and includes HMI with graphics display and remote control
Basler switchgear: Reliable disconnect and circuit breaker protection
Wet Compression systems: Proprietary Inlet fogging/wet compression can increase output by 15% and counteract high temperatures with an evaporative cooling effect
Exhaust: customizable height options and rated at 85 dBa @ 3 ft

In addition to manufacturing and engine solutions, United Power supports its customers through a number of maintenance, parts and delivery services. Fuel delivery service includes both liquid and natural gas options.

Our support also includes field service technicians who are available worldwide to perform on site analysis and maintenance. Every technician is trained and certified to deliver quality service for our complete line of gas turbines.

We ensure uptime through our comprehensive parts program. United’s extensive inventory of spare parts and engines covers the early model FT4 to the latest LM6000. Parts and components are supplied in New or Newly Overhauled condition with warranty and material certification. Our specialized inspection and identification procedures deliver greater quality assurance and guaranteed components.

We also feature the best turbine warranty in the industry. It includes a long term service program, technical standard order (TSO) and covers one year or 8,000 fired hours.
